Ts & Cs:  Zen Baby Massage/ Soothe, Move & Grow!Pregnancy Yoga:

  • All courses must be paid in advance via PayPal  or by Bank Transfer. Cash may be allowable upon request.   Purchases are made via the shop.
  • Please quote ZEN BABY MASSAGE, SOOTHE, MOVE & GROW or PREGNANCY YOGA as a reference. Course costs may change during a period when there is an offer or competition.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation (not including holidays or sickness) has been made by the business owner (or) due to special circumstances.
  • Due to class flexibility, missed sessions can be made up on a different course. No refunds can be given for classes missed by the client or due to staff holiday.
  • Medical forms must be filled out if you are undertaking a massage or yoga-based course. Please message Rachael if you do not receive one.  Note that babies need 48 hours after immunisations before massage and cannot have a fever at the time of massage.
  • Sessions cannot be refunded due to illness (staff or client) but a make-up session can be attended at another time.  If Rachael is ill, make-up sessions will also be arranged or the sessions will continue the following week.  In cases of sickness and diarrhea, please wait 48 hours after the last bout before attending a session.  If you or your child have conjunctivitis, please wait until any eye discharge has cleared and you have sought medical treatment before attending a session.
  • Massage & Movement – you may bring with you a towel and a cushion.
  • If you would like to cancel your place on a course, please be aware that no refund will be given for this.

  • PARKING: You may park at my house or down the road.  Please BE CAREFUL of the neighbour’s lawn. If you need help exiting the driveway, please ask Rachael. Continued misconduct of this policy will result in course removal.
  • Please remove your shoes in the entrance and leave them there.  You may bring slippers!
  • Breast or bottle feeding is welcome. Please notify Rachael in advance if you need to use the bottle warmer.
  • Parents will be expected to monitor the activity of their children in order to keep them safe.
  • Please only bring the bear minimum in to the room with you – the room is small and ideal for the quieter and focussed groups (such as Baby Massage), therefore only yourselves, your babies and anything you need to make your time pleasant during session.
  •
  • Your Comfort:

  • What if my baby cries or seems ‘bored’? – Please don’t worry. Toys are provided and you may do whatever you need to, to ensure the wellbeing of your baby.  Any techniques you learn – whichever class you attend – are transferable for home learning and you will receive regular support online. You are the expert of your baby, so please follow your baby’s lead.
  • Oil – any oil that you are given or that you purchase, you must perform a PATCH TEST before use. Place a drop of oil on your inner wrist and your baby’s inner wrist. Wait 10 minutes.  If there isn’t a reaction, you may continue to use the oil.  If there is a reaction, stop using the oil immediately. Seek medical advice if needed and make use of other oils, such a fractionated coconut oil. No refunds may be given if there is a reaction. Babies over 8 weeks may use the oil, which is sunflower oil with added vitamin E.
